1. Acceptance of Terms

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phpgame account. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. phpgame reserves the right to verify your identity and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, address, and payment method ownership.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

phpgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; creation of multiple accounts; use of the Platform for money laundering or other criminal purposes; or any conduct that phpgame deems harmful to the Platform, other Users, or phpgame's business interests.

Upon termination of your account, you will forfeit any pending bets, bonuses, and promotional funds. phpgame reserves the right to withhold any withdrawable balance in your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting phpgame customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

phpgame accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and other approved payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are typically credited to your phpgame account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. phpgame reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at phpgame's sole discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). phpgame aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours during business days, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

phpgame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of your withdrawal request. phpgame may impose withdrawal limits based on your account status, verification level, and transaction history.

4.3 Fees and Charges

phpgame does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees or charges, which are your sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency other than Philippine Pesos (PHP). phpgame is not responsible for any fees, charges, or exchange rate losses imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

phpgame offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms and conditions.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

phpgame has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpgame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of phpgame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phpgame Platform without the prior written consent of phpgame. Any unauthorized use of phpgame's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The phpgame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phpgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpgame expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phpgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages. phpgame's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpgame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phpgame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phpgame collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpgame Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. phpgame is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
